安明德，现任施乐辉医用产品国际贸易有限公司大中华区董事总经理。2020年白玉兰纪念奖获得者。施乐辉公司在骨关节重建，先进伤口管理，运动医学和创伤四大领域处于世界领先地位。安明德先生致力于进口产品的“国产化”，于2019年将“广阔市场事业部”更名为“China for China”事业部，对现有产品进行重新改良和国产化产品设计。他也领导施乐辉在苏州建造国内规模最大的高端敷料生产基地，在北京建造亚太地区最大的人工关节生产基地，并在上海设立首家本土化运动医学维修中心。

One of 2020's Shanghai Magnolia Silver Award winners, Alaeddin Ahram is the Managing Director and General Manager of Smith & Nephew Greater China. Smith & Nephew is a British medical technology company that is a world leader in rebuilding human joints, sports medicine and trauma therapy.

Ahram focuses in localizing the company’s products for China, from design to marketing. In 2019, He transformed the marketing department into a “China for China” department, designing all products based on what Chinese consumers need. Under his management the company has built China’s largest dressing material plant in Suzhou, and the Asia Pacific Region’s biggest artificial joint factory in Beijing. He also set up Shanghai’s first localized sports medicine center.
